STL Steam Heat is a referral service operated by Thurr Solutions, St. Louis, MO. We are not a heating contractor. When you call or send a request, we connect you with an independent local heating technician, who quotes, schedules and performs the work and is responsible for it.

Privacy notice
What we collect: what you enter in the request form (name, phone, email, address or ZIP, heating type, whether you have heat, job type and description), plus your IP address, browser type and the page you sent it from. When you call, we receive your phone number and call details such as time and length.
How we use it: to pass your request to an independent local heating technician so they can contact you about it, to follow up on your request, and to keep basic records of requests and calls.
Site analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies or tracking you across sites.
Sharing: we share your request only with the technician handling it. We don't sell your information.
Deletion: to have your information deleted, email therrance@thurrsolutions.com.
